Thank you for your purchase. Everything Photography Notes sells is an instant digital download, so please read this policy before completing your order.
Digital delivery
All products are delivered electronically to the email address you enter at checkout. Once your order has been processed and your files have been sent, delivery is considered complete and fulfilled in full. Nothing is shipped.
When we will refund you
- You have not received your files because of a delivery error on our side.
- You have a technical problem that stops you accessing your files and our support team cannot resolve it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
When we cannot refund you
Once your files have been delivered to your email address and downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, because digital products cannot be returned. We also cannot refund a purchase simply because the material was not what you expected — every product page lists the page count and the topics covered.
How to request a refund
Email support@thelenseview.com within 30 days of your order with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply to every request, usually within one business day.
